Office 365 and Microsoft 365
Specialist consultancy to help you get the best out of your E3 and E5 subscriptions (plus E1/F1 where required).
We help you deliver the capability in four key ways:
- Understanding how to make the most effective use of your subscription. Selecting which elements to implement and in which order.
- Configuring your subscription to enforce the environment security, management and reporting needed to meet your security policy.
- Providing a planned migration of services and users to minimise risk and business interruption.
- Guidance and assistance to maximise use of the subscription and simplify management once migrated.
Fully Supported
Fordway can also manage your Microsoft 365 tenancy to provide a device agnostic mobile working platform with built-in security and staff collaboration tools. You can combine this with technical support to your IT administrators and IT power users as well as end user service desk capability from our product experts.
Backup
Many organisations fail to understand that Microsoft does not guarantee backup for these products, leaving documents and data held on OneDrive, SharePoint, or in Teams vulnerable.
We provide peace of mind by ensuring that even in the most unlikely public cloud failure scenarios your files and data are always safe and recoverable and optimised to minimise backend storage and cost.
Manage and Operate Azure
This may be the first time you’ve considered using or migrating services to public cloud, but it’s most definitely not ours. We’ve spent the last ten years helping our customers successfully implement Azure and other public cloud services. Whatever your use case, we have a wealth of experience and know what works, what doesn’t and why.
What we offer:
- Strategic alignment – understand what your objectives are for moving to Azure, what you propose to migrate into it or set up on it, and how you will measure the success of the process to ensure we achieve the outcome required.
- Impartial guidance on which are the most effective Azure services or versions of services to use to ensure you meet objectives.
- Analysis and migration recommendations whether it is possible simply to ‘lift and shift’ your existing services to Azure, or should you pursue an alternative strategy such as redevelopment or replacement to make best use of Azure?
- How to architect and implement those services to maximise utility and minimise cost.
- How to secure those services to ensure appropriate security is configured, monitored and reporting, ensuring your organisational security policies are met.
- The new skills and capabilities your current IT team need to learn and practice to effectively manage Azure.
