People, process and technology – interwoven into each of these three core Fordway services is training. We believe that it is as important to provide our clients with enhanced skills to be capable to manage the technologies.
There are three types of Fordway training:
- Formal training: Client-specific or class room courses for all the technologies we supply and support
- Informal training: Skills transfer of the systems being implemented.
ITIL training: Specific courses run on demand for clients, either on-site or at our offices in Godalming, Surrey. These courses are:
- ITIL organisational training
- ITIL foundation training
- ISO20000 and ITIL awareness training
